Duplicate Payments

Q: I tried to place an order however, my order was rejected by filter/issuing bank. After checking my bank account, the funds were still debited. How can I go about this matter?

A: If you did not receive an Order ID upon placing your order, your order was not placed into our system. Whenever the payment is accepted, an Order ID will be provided in exchange. If you notice that you have been charged and it states that your funds are PENDING or IN PROCESS without your Order ID provided, please wait for few business days.

The pattern is that when our system suspects fraud (different biliing & shipping address), it will automatically decline the order attempted and your bank will be holding your funds for security purposes. The funds should be reversed back to your account after few business days. We recommend that you call your bank to retrieve updates regarding these transactions.

However, if you are still unsure whether your funds will be reversed back to you, please do contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you with this matter. 

Please keep in mind that we have no control of this funds as it is held by the bank and not by HobbyWave Models.
